We would like to introduce BTB Series connectors which are high-performing. They consist of SMA-JB3G, SMA-KFD8G, SMA-KFD21G, SMA-KFD49, SMA-KFD59G, SMA-KFD314G, and SMA-KYD1G as models among others. These connectors have been designed specifically for communication equipment and microwave devices that require high quality signal transmission; hence they have impedance options of fifty ohms or seventy-five ohms depending on the application scenario.

The BTB Series connector boasts excellent material selection as well as craftsmanship where its shell is made from quality brass which has undergone various treatments including precision machining so that it can achieve strength levels necessary for stability in structure during use. Moreover this outer part may be coated with gold plating finish if need be to prevent rusting due to exposure moisture such rainwater or salty sea breeze among other corrosive agents encountered when operating under different environmental conditions.

Tin bronze is chosen for pin insertion because of its outstanding mechanical and electrical properties while gold plating ensures a reliable connection by enhancing signal transmission stability over time. Beryllium copper jack offers elasticity combined with wear resistance even after many insertions/withdrawals thereby guaranteeing stable electrical performance throughout life span; this too is covered by gold layering so that there will be no drop-offs in quality during continuous usage periods.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) insulator is used owing mainly to its superior temperature resistance as well as unbeatable electrical characteristics which keep connector working reliably under extreme heat environments where other materials fail completely or partially. In addition copper alloy crimping sleeve fitted onto each end provides extra protection against loose connections between joins caused either during manufacturing process or installation activities carried out later on site; optionally these sleeves can be nickel plated instead of being left bare thus giving them more durability especially when exposed continuously water-based solutions characterized by high salt content.

Silicone rubber is employed as sealant ring material not only because it seals tightly but also due its ability tolerate wide temperature variations without losing flexibility such that connector can still function normally under harsh conditions like outdoors where temperatures may rise above boiling point during summer season or drop below freezing level in winter time. It possesses excellent ageing resistance properties combined with high low sealing capability – all these ensure long term performance reliability even under adverse environmental situations where other sealing materials fail prematurely.
