These connectors are specifically designed to meet the demands of high-quality signal transmission in communication equipment and microwave devices, offering impedance options of 50Ω and 75Ω to suit different application scenarios.
The BTB Series connectors excel in material selection and craftsmanship. The shell is made of premium brass, processed with precision and special treatments to ensure structural strength and stability. The shell surface can be plated with gold, nickel, or stainless steel to meet corrosion and wear resistance requirements in various environments.
For the pin insertion, tin bronze is selected for its excellent electrical and mechanical properties. The pin is plated with gold to ensure stable and reliable signal transmission. The jack is made of beryllium copper, which offers high elasticity and wear resistance, maintaining stable electrical performance even during frequent insertions and removals. The jack is also gold-plated to further enhance signal transmission quality.
The insulator is crafted from PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), a material with exceptional electrical properties and high-temperature resistance, ensuring stable operation of the connector under high-temperature conditions. Additionally, a copper alloy crimping sleeve is equipped, which can be plated with nickel or gold, providing a more secure and reliable mechanical connection.
To ensure the sealing and waterproof performance of the connector, high-quality silicone rubber is used as the sealing ring material. Silicone rubber boasts excellent aging resistance, high and low-temperature tolerance, and sealing properties, ensuring the connector's normal operation in various harsh environments.
